No physical shipping
Hair By Elize does not ship any physical products. We are a beauty salon and all services — including hair, colour, treatments, styling, nails and other beauty treatments — are performed exclusively at our salon by appointment.
In-salon services
All bookings and payments made through our website are for services rendered on-site at:
26 Bompas Road, Dunkeld West, Johannesburg, 2196
Clients are required to attend the salon in person at the scheduled appointment time to receive the service.
Gift vouchers
If a gift voucher is offered or purchased, it is delivered electronically via email to the address provided at checkout. No physical delivery, courier or postage is involved. Vouchers are redeemable in-salon towards any of our services.
Retail products
Any retail hair-care products offered are sold and collected in-salon only. We do not offer online sale or dispatch of physical goods.
